AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

We ship all Australian orders through Australia Post.

We offer FREE Express Delivery for all Australian orders over $150AUD.

Orders under $150 are shipped Express via Australia Post for $10AUD.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day. After this time will be dispatched the following business day.

No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. 

Delivery to customers outside Australian metro and major regional areas may take 2-3 business days.

 

NEW ZEALAND & SINGAPORE CUSTOMERS 

We offer FREE Express Delivery for all New Zealand and Singapore orders over $150AUD.

Orders under $150AUD are shipped Express via DHL for $15AUD.

Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery once we have shipped your order. This excludes weekends and customs delays. 

 

UNITED STATES, CANADA, HONG KONG, CHINA & JAPAN CUSTOMERS

We offer $20AUD Express Delivery for orders over $150AUD.

Orders under $150AUD are shipped Express for $25AUD.

Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery once we have shipped your order. This excludes weekends and customs delays.

 

REST OF THE WORLD

We offer $20AUD Express Delivery for orders over $150AUD.

Orders under $150AUD are shipped Express for $25AUD.

Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery once we have shipped your order. This excludes weekends and customs delays. 

 

Please note that all international shipments can be subject to customs or import duties once arrived at their destination. It is the customers' responsibility to pay the charges to release the goods. We are unable to predict the charges for this and recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information to avoid any delays.

All parcels are despatched from Adelaide, Australia.

 

RETURNS

We understand that things don't always work out. If you need to return an item, we can offer you a refund, exchange or store credit providing the garment is unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged. 

We do not offer refunds on sale items unless the item is faulty. We are happy to exchange for another size in the same style however the customer must cover the additional delivery costs.

Please email lovedaycollection@gmail.com to provide information for the item you wish to refund or exchange. We will process a refund or exchange within 5 business days once the parcel has been returned to us. Please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
